MEETINGS 2012 is being held at SKYCITY Auckland Convention Centre on 13 – 14 June 2012 and will provide you with the opportunity to meet over 170 of New Zealand’s best conference and incentive travel suppliers. We are also pleased to host you to our social events and the added opportunity to participate in some optional and fun networking activities with Auckland Convention Bureau.

Welcome to our first newsletter! Our plans are well underway for MEETINGS 2010 and I look forward to assisting you in the coming months as we lead up to the event.

Further to our confirmation of your participation at MEETINGS 2010, I am now writing to you to provide you with your unique Exhibitor Zone reference number and access code.

We will be in regular contact with you over the coming months to keep you informed about all aspects of the show, some of which will require you to enter the Exhibitor Zone within the MEETINGS website. Please keep a copy of this newsletter with the link below and your reference and access code.

Appointment selection, booking of social event tickets and name badge registration will be conducted through the Exhibitor Zone.
